Description
The US Coast Guard is seeking temporary lodging services to support personnel participating in the SAIL 250 large scale maritime event from June 24, 2026, to July 12, 2026. The requirement is for lodging accommodations and associated services for approximately 640 personnel distributed across four locations: Staten Island, NY, Sandy Hook, NJ, Bayonne, NJ, and Midtown Manhattan, NY. The contractor will provide lodging services with specific requirements, including room configuration, parking, laundry facilities, housekeeping, and front desk support.
• Room configuration: Double occupancy rooms with a minimum of two beds, private bathroom, and individual climate control
• Parking: Well-lit, on-site parking is required to accommodate the specified vehicle capacities
• Laundry Facilities: On-site laundry facilities and ironing boards/irons made available
• Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping services
• Front Desk Support: 24/7-hour front desk support
• Hotel Rating: Minimum 3-star rating hotel
