Justice Center Boilers

The St. Tammany Parish Government is seeking bids for the replacement of boilers at the Justice Center. The project includes the installation of new boilers, burners, and controls, as well as the removal of existing equipment. The successful bidder will be required to provide a complete and functional system, including all necessary piping, valves, and electrical connections. The project is expected to take 150 days to complete. • The boilers must be factory-assembled and require only connection to services. • The burners must be compatible with natural gas and No. 2 oil. • The controls must include a touch screen display and ModBus communication capability. • The system must be tested and inspected before final acceptance. • The contractor must provide a detailed written record of the startup performance and any defects discovered during testing.
