DISPOSAL OF RESIDENTIAL MSW, TERM CONTRACT

The Baltimore County, Maryland, Division of Procurement Services is seeking proposals for the disposal of residential municipal solid waste (MSW) on a term contract basis. The contract will have an initial term of 5 years, with the option to renew for up to 5 additional years. The contractor will be responsible for disposing of residential MSW at a per-ton cost, with the county providing transportation services. The contractor may utilize recycling or waste-to-energy processing for any amount or all of the MSW in lieu of disposal in a licensed landfill. The county reserves the right to add additional services to the contract at any time during the term of the agreement.
