Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting market research to identify vendors capable of replacing a Well Pressure Tank at the William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, and other resources to perform the required services. The replacement shall include the removal and disposal of the existing tank, installation of a new tank, and completion of pump testing and potable water sampling. Interested vendors are invited to submit a capability statement demonstrating their ability to perform the required services.
• The capability statement should include organization name, address, UEI number, point of contact information, business size under NAICS 811310, and socioeconomic status.
• The statement should be submitted via email to [email protected] by April 22, 2026, 1:00 PM CST.
• The Government may or may not issue a solicitation for this work in the future.
