Description
The Los Angeles County Department of Health Services is seeking a qualified entity to provide landscape maintenance services at various locations, including the Los Angeles General Medical Center and the Los Angeles County Crematorium. The services include routine maintenance such as lawn care, pruning, trimming, and weed control, as well as seasonal/periodic maintenance like fertilization, aerification, and tree maintenance. The contractor will be required to provide these services between 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except for county-recognized holidays.
• Routine maintenance tasks like lawn care, pruning, and trimming
• Seasonal/periodic maintenance tasks like fertilization and aerification
• Tree maintenance, including pruning and fertilization
• Maintenance of irrigation systems and parking lots
• Trash and litter removal
The contractor must attend a mandatory proposers' conference and site visit, and must register for these events in advance. Proposals are due on November 4, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. PT.
