Bus Wash

The Livingston Educational Service Agency is seeking a vendor to provide a complete removal of the existing bus wash system and replacement/installation of a new bus wash system. The new system must meet all applicable federal, state, and local standards for a vehicle wash system and should be able to wash a fleet of 78 buses and 4 vans. The vendor will be responsible for project management, system installation, training, and post-implementation support. • The system should have automatic adjustments for varied sized vehicles. • The system should include features to effectively wash vehicles and ensure thorough underbody washes. • The system should utilize existing utilities, including municipal water supply and discharge with a 208V 3 phase electrical supply. • The vendor should provide a preventative maintenance schedule with associated costs. • The vendor should provide on-site response to a service call/ticket within 24 hours. The proposal should include a detailed list of other facilities similar to Livingston Educational Service Agency that the vendor services or has served.
