Calibration services for a diverse inventory of Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division is conducting market research to identify industry partners capable of providing comprehensive calibration services for approximately 2,700 unique TMDE types and roughly 7,000 assets annually. The Government seeks capability statements on the ability to perform calibrations (ISO/IEC 17025 compliant) at contractor‑owned facilities or at government sites, including onsite field calibrations. This RFI is purely informational and does not constitute a binding procurement. • Scope: Calibration of a wide range of test, measurement, and diagnostic equipment (e.g., torque tools, multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, pressure/temperature sensors). • Requirements: ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation, ability to handle ~7,000 calibrations per year, logistics for pickup/delivery 2‑5 times weekly, and support for onsite field calibrations (~340 per year). • Submission: Capability statements limited to 5 pages, emailed to the listed primary contact by 1400 EST on 26 Oct 2026.
