Description
The New York City Department of Probation is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive, culturally responsive support to adjudicated youth in New York City. The program, called Pathways to Excellence Achievement and Knowledge (PEAK), aims to reduce recidivism and promote positive youth development. The vendor will be required to provide tailored community-based programming that addresses the educational, social, and health needs of adjudicated youth. The program will serve youth aged 14-18 who are at risk of out-of-home placement and recidivism.
• The program will be delivered through a hybrid, flexible model, including in-person and virtual/remote support.
• The vendor will be required to submit monthly reports, including quantitative and qualitative data on outcomes, recidivism-related indicators, and connections to community resources.
• The vendor will be expected to perform all services in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The program will have a fixed start date of July 1, 2027, with a two-year term ending on June 30, 2029, and up to two, two-year renewal options.
