Description
The North Dakota Air National Guard’s 119th Wing is seeking a qualified contractor to replace an existing Eaton 9155 UPS system in Building 542 at its Fargo installation. The scope includes delivery, installation, start‑up, and removal/disposal of the legacy UPS, along with all required labor, tools, and expertise. The contract is a 100 % small‑business set‑aside and will be awarded to the technically acceptable, lowest‑priced offer. <br/><br/>• Replace existing Eaton 9155 UPS with a new Eaton UPS (model 9PXM series) and associated power modules, battery packs, bypass module, and network card.<br/>• Provide full delivery to the site (standard loading dock available).<br/>• Perform installation, functional testing, and start‑up.<br/>• Remove and properly dispose of the old UPS equipment.<br/>• All work must comply with FAR Part 12 and applicable clauses (e.g., DEI, CPARS, etc.).<br/>• Small‑business set‑aside (NAICS 335999).<br/>• Quote submission deadline: 23 Sep 2026, 1 PM CDT.<br/>• Questions due: 18 Sep 2026, 1 PM CDT.
