Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Services

Virginia Tech is seeking one or more qualified contractors to provide on‑call mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) services across its campus and other university facilities. The contract will be competitively negotiated for a base term of two years with the option to renew for up to two additional one‑year periods. Contractors must be properly licensed in Virginia, able to respond to emergency calls within eight hours, and must comply with university safety, key‑control, and environmental policies. Pricing may be submitted by individual trade (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) and the university may award separate contracts for each discipline. Required documentation includes an Offeror Data Sheet, references, and disclosures on conflict‑of‑interest and SWaM status.
