Description
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development is seeking a contractor to provide waste disposal services, including container rental, for various locations in District 7. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with the option to extend for two additional 12-month periods at the same prices, terms, and conditions. The contractor will be required to provide monthly rental of containers, pickup services, and other related tasks. The quantities listed are estimated usage only, and the actual quantities needed may vary.
• The contract includes multiple locations, including Grand Lake Bridge, DeRidder Maintenance Unit, District 07 Headquarters, and others.
• The contractor must provide a certificate of insurance within 10 days after notification.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
• The contractor must provide descriptive information for any equivalent brand or model proposed.
• The contractor must indemnify and hold harmless the State of Louisiana, its officers, agents, and employees from any claims or actions.
