ON-CALL REAL ESTATE CONSULTING SERVICES

The Town of Manchester is issuing an RFP to secure on‑call real‑estate consulting services. The selected firm or professional will provide advisory and assistance on a variety of commercial real‑estate and economic‑development initiatives as needs arise, without a fixed schedule. This on‑call arrangement allows the town to call upon the consultant for specific projects, feasibility studies, market analyses, lease negotiations, and other real‑estate related tasks on an as‑needed basis. • Scope: Advisory, market analysis, feasibility studies, lease/transaction support, economic‑development strategy. • Delivery: Services rendered on an on‑call basis; no guaranteed minimum hours. • Vendor eligibility: Commercial real‑estate or economic‑development professionals/firms. • Submission: Open to all vendors; standard RFP process. • Contract: Likely an indefinite‑duration on‑call agreement with periodic task orders.
