2027 Snack Bar at the Capitol

The State of Montana Legislature is seeking a qualified vendor to operate a snack‑bar inside the State Capitol during the 2027 Legislative Session, providing breakfast, lunch, and break‑time food and coffee services to approximately 300 regular users (legislators and Capitol employees) plus additional patrons. The contract runs from late December 2026 through the sine die of the session (no later than June 2027) and is limited to vendors able to deliver fresh food and coffee supplies each weekday morning, maintain a coffee machine, and supply a sample menu with pricing. Bidders must submit a cost proposal, reference letters, and answer mandatory questions through the eMACS portal by the October 9, 2026 deadline. • Provide on‑site breakfast, lunch, pastries, soups, and snack items for Capitol staff and legislators (Mon‑Fri). • Supply, install, and maintain a coffee machine plus all consumables; train staff on operation before the session starts. • Deliver all food and coffee items by 6:30 a.m. each service day, comply with food‑safety regulations, and submit itemized invoices after each day.
