Rural Food Lockers

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to furnish, deliver, and install food lockers and provide required software, warranty, and maintenance for operational function to VA Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC) or other VA-owned facilities. The contractor must provide all materials, transportation, and expertise necessary to provide a properly installed and functioning smart locker food system. Key aspects of the job include: • Furnishing and installing food lockers • Providing software, warranty, and maintenance for the lockers • Ensuring safety and accessibility of the installation site • Consulting with the site point of contact to assess readiness of the proposed installation site • Delivering and installing the lockers within 30 calendar days after receipt of order The contractor will be required to provide pricing for maintenance after the expiration of the warranty period, and the period of performance is 5 years.
