The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM), is seeking proposals to lease approximately 1,350 square feet of office space in Fall River for the Secretary of State. The space will house an in-person customer service satellite office, and the proposer must provide a turnkey buildout of the premises, including all improvements and landlord services.
