PARKS & FACILITIES GROUNDS LANDSCAPING MAINTENANCE SERVICES

The City of Adelanto is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive landscaping and grounds‑maintenance services for its municipal parks and facilities. The work includes routine mowing, edging, aeration, overseeding, shrub and tree care, irrigation operation and repair, pest‑control applications, playground inspection and repair, trash‑and‑waste management, restroom resupply, graffiti removal, fence repair, and ad‑hoc repairs to plumbing, sidewalks, and other site‑specific items. Services are to be performed on an as‑needed basis at multiple locations throughout San Bernardino County, with emergency response required within two hours.
