The County seeks a qualified vendor to supply, deliver, install, and train staff on a comprehensive sound‑system solution for the Lenora Park Community Recreation Center’s community room. The scope includes providing all listed audio‑visual equipment, low‑voltage wiring, and related installation services, with no removal of existing equipment required. Vendors must hold a low‑voltage license, meet extensive insurance requirements, and submit a single lump‑sum quote.
• Supply and install 16 ceiling speakers, amplifiers, Bluetooth interfaces, mixers, microphones, projectors, motorized screens, and related hardware.
• Provide training to County staff on system operation and ensure compliance with licensing and insurance standards.
• Submit a non‑collusion certification, references, and contractor affidavit with the lump‑sum quote by the deadline.
