Description
The Community College of Aurora (CCA) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide full-service grounds maintenance and snow removal services for a 12-month term at the CentreTech Campus. The scope of work includes year-round landscape maintenance and winter snow and ice mitigation for parking lots, drive lanes, fire lanes, sidewalks, and pedestrian access routes. The contractor must provide snow removal capability for a 1-inch trigger depth, sidewalk clearing services, and be available 24/7 during snow events. The contractor must also comply with OSHA, Federal, State, and Local safety requirements.

• Mowing and trimming
• Edging and blowing
• Weeding and tree ring maintenance
• Irrigation and turf applications
• Snow removal and ice mitigation
• Sidewalk clearing and accessibility maintenance
The contract is anticipated to begin on July 1, 2026, and may be renewed for up to four additional one-year terms.
