Fuel Storage Tank Site Inspection, Installation, Maintenance and Repair Services

The Prince George’s County Office of Procurement Business Services Division is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to establish a term contract with a Contractor(s) to provide Fuel Storage Tank Site Inspection, Installation, Maintenance and Repair services. The contract will be for an initial term of two years, with the option to extend for two additional one-year periods. The contractor will be responsible for performing all work required by the contract, including inspections, installations, maintenance, and repairs. The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws applicable to its activities and obligations under the contract. • Key services include: • Fuel storage tank site inspections • Installation of fuel storage tanks • Maintenance and repair of fuel storage tanks • Compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations • Performance of all work in accordance with good practices, procedures, and industry standards • Conformance to all requirements specified in the contract and any applicable laws and regulations.
