Union County’s Water Division (UCW) seeks qualified firms to provide on‑call, temporary by‑pass pump rentals and full‑service support for wastewater lift stations and other facilities throughout the county. The contract is “as‑needed,” covering delivery, set‑up, 24/7 emergency response (three‑hour delivery), preventive maintenance, and removal of self‑priming, fully‑automatic pumps, hoses, fittings, and noise‑control equipment. UCW supplies fuel and electricity; the contractor assumes liability for equipment failure, spills, and property damage. No minimum volume is guaranteed, and the contract term is three years with two optional one‑year renewals.
