Description
The City of Oregon City is seeking proposals from firms interested in providing professional services for the 2025 Elevator Staffing and Downtown Restroom Cleaning Services. The scope of work includes providing elevator staffing and downtown restroom cleaning services. Proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, November 20, 2025.
• The City reserves the right to reject any or all submittals not in compliance with public solicitation procedures.
• Proposers are required to certify non-discrimination in employment practices and identify resident status as defined in ORS 279A.120(1).
• Pre-qualification of proposers is not required.
• All proposers are required to comply with the provisions of Oregon Revised Statutes and the Oregon City Municipal Code.
