The City of Laconia seeks a qualified contractor to supply, deliver, pump, and place approximately 275 cubic yards of cementitious flowable grout to fill a subsurface void beneath the Public Works Building’s office and garage areas. The work includes all labor, equipment, material handling, core drilling or saw‑cutting as needed, restoration of disturbed concrete, protection of existing facilities, testing, monitoring, and final cleanup. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes by 2:30 PM on 21 Oct 2026; questions are due by 16 Oct 2026.
