Description
The University of Houston is seeking a proposal to provide annual inspections and five-year full load testing services for approximately 200+ vertical transportation units across its main campus and associated facilities. The services include inspections and testing for passenger elevators, freight elevators, service elevators, hydraulic elevators, traction elevators, and handicap lifts.
• The proposal must be submitted through the Jaggaer Sourcing Event Portal.
• A mandatory pre-proposal site visit will be held on July 2, 2026, at 9:00 AM CT.
• The submission deadline is July 20, 2026, at 9:00 AM CDT.
• The university invites all qualified vendors to submit a proposal for the required services.
