This RFQ seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive Revenue Claims Management Cycle Services for the Indian Health Service. The contractor will deliver a web‑based portal that enables third‑party payer verification, electronic claim submission (837 HIPAA) to Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers, and the VA, real‑time patient eligibility checks, and a suite of analytics tools. The contract is set‑aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) and runs from award date through 12/31/2028 with a base period ending 12/31/2026 and two one‑year options. • Provide end‑to‑end clearinghouse services, including claim submission and status tracking. • Enable real‑time eligibility verification for patients. • Supply software modules such as Claims Management Pro, Eligibility Verification (Starter/Standard), RCM Intelligence, and related data‑entry tools. • Deliver services via a secure, web‑based portal for authorized users. • Contract includes technical capability, past performance, and price evaluation factors.
