The City of Punta Gorda is seeking a qualified contractor to provide exterior pressure washing and painting services for a 0.5 MG tank located at 38100 Washington Loop Road, Punta Gorda, FL. The contractor must have a State of Florida Certified General Contractor (CGC) or Registered General Contractor (RG) license. The scope of work includes pressure washing and painting the tank. • The tank is located at 38100 Washington Loop Road, Punta Gorda, FL. • The contractor must have a State of Florida Certified General Contractor (CGC) or Registered General Contractor (RG) license. • The City will receive submittal packages at the Procurement Office, 126 Harvey Street, 2nd Floor, Punta Gorda, FL 33950. • A non-mandatory site visit is scheduled for April 29, 2026 at 10:00 AM ET and April 30, 2026 at 1:00 PM ET.
