Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from contractors for elevator maintenance and repair services at the Syracuse VA Medical Center. The contract will include a base year and four optional years. The contractor will be required to perform scheduled inspections, preventative maintenance, testing, adjustments, and replacement parts for all equipment specified. The contractor will also be required to provide 24/7 emergency call-back service.
• The contractor must have experience in performing tasks of this nature, scope, and complexity.
• The contractor must have certified/licensed technicians to perform the work.
• The contractor must be able to provide a listing of any teaming agreements they intend to employ in the performance of this requirement.
• The contractor must be able to supply proof of any applicable certification or training required to meet the regulatory requirements.
