Description
City of Cleveland’s Division of Purchases & Supplies is seeking an authorized distributor to provide consumable printing supplies for a Roland SOLJET Pro 4 XR‑640 printer used by the Water‑Distribution department. The scope includes four EcoSol Max2 ink cartridges (black, cyan, magenta, yellow), six 20″ × 50′ Roland Gloss CAL PRO Air‑REL vinyl rolls, and three gallons of Rapid TAC application fluid. All items must be compatible with the specified printer, shipped FOB to the city’s designated location, and include all shipping costs, MSDS, and distributor authorization documentation. Bids must be submitted electronically by the closing deadline, and the award will be made to the lowest responsive bidder meeting the mandatory requirements.
