The County of Dutchess is seeking a qualified architectural/engineering firm or team to provide professional services for the design and construction of a new community center at 35 Montgomery Street, Poughkeepsie, NY. The scope of work includes planning, design, construction documents, and construction administration. The selected firm will be responsible for designing the project with scalability in mind, accommodating potential future programmatic changes and space reconfiguration without requiring major reconstruction.
