Intent to Sole Source safeTALK Training for the Trainer (T4T) Certification and safeTALK Materials

The 81st Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole source contract to LivingWorks Education USA Inc. for safeTALK Training for Trainers (T4T) certification and safeTALK materials. The contract is for a 2-day (16 hour) course to learn how to present the safeTALK workshop for Keesler Air Force Base (AFB), Mississippi (MS). The period of performance is estimated to be 01 Aug 2026 – 30 Sep 2026, with no option periods, for a total performance not to exceed 2 months. The contract will be awarded as a firm-fixed price contract. • The safeTALK program is an "evidence-based" program and is an AF approved product. • The program is designed to act as the "entry-level" counterpart to ASIST, using identical terminology and a direct "hand-off" protocol. • The contract is for a non-personal service, and the applicable NAICS code is 611710 (Educational Support Services). • The size standard for this acquisition is $24M. • The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.104-2 and FAR 12.102(a).
