Treatment Services for Resource Court

The Newton County Board of Commissioners is seeking qualified providers for Treatment Services for Resource Court. The selected provider will be responsible for delivering treatment services to support the Resource Court. The proposal should include information about the provider's experience, qualifications, and approach to delivering treatment services. The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Key aspects of the proposal include: • Comprehensive General Liability insurance with limits of no less than $1,000,000.00 per occurrence • Commercial Automobile Liability insurance with limits of no less than $1,000,000.00 per occurrence • Statutory Worker's Compensation Insurance with $1,000,000.00 employer's liability insurance • Business license and full insurance as described • Compliance with all terms and conditions of the insurance
