The Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks (VHSO) in Fayetteville, Arkansas, is seeking a service-disabled veteran-owned small business to construct a new water storage facility and demolish an existing one. The project includes general construction, demolition, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, security, electronics, telecommunication, and other items as required by the construction documents. The contract will be a firm-fixed price construction contract award, and the period of performance will be 330 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. • The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP) and will be available electronically on or about June 08, 2026. • A bid bond must be submitted with the proposal, and performance and payment bonds will be required from the contractor receiving the award. • The magnitude of construction is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000. • Offerors must be registered with SBA VetCert and have completed online Representations and Certifications prior to the solicitation due date.
