Crane Inspection Services

The Loudoun County Sanitation Authority (DBA Loudoun Water) is seeking quotes for crane inspection services. The contractor will be responsible for inspecting cranes and providing a report on their condition. The scope of work includes inspecting load hooks for cracks using dyed penetrate or magna flux, and testing the shank of the hook. The contractor must have at least 15 years of experience in crane inspection services and must provide references for similar projects. The contract will be governed by the Virginia Public Procurement Act (VPPA). • The procurement process will be conducted through the online procurement system, IonWave. • A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on May 5, 2026, at 10am. • The contractor must submit a signed copy of Addendum A and other required attachments. • The contractor must provide a certificate of insurance and comply with Loudoun Water's general insurance requirements. • The contractor must complete and upload an updated annual inspection spreadsheet.
