Description
The Port Authority of Allegheny County is seeking a qualified firm to provide comprehensive data‑center hosting and managed security services. The contractor will be responsible for colocation, power, cooling, network connectivity, virtualization, disaster‑recovery hosting, and 24×7 security monitoring (SIEM, incident response, vulnerability management, firewall administration). The contract is a firm‑price, three‑year agreement with a single optional two‑year extension, and the Authority requires at least 75 % of the work to be performed by the prime contractor. The award will be based on technical capability, DB participation, experience, and cost. Key compliance items include PCI‑DSS, SOC‑II, ISO‑9001/SAS‑70 certifications, and full non‑discrimination/DB utilization commitments.
