Description
The Caledonia Community Schools is seeking bids for the District Multimedia Upgrades project. The project involves the purchase and installation of associated equipment and installation related to large venue multimedia and digital signage systems. The proposed systems shall be configured and installed to service the Owner's classrooms, public spaces, and common areas across multiple facilities. The project includes various locations such as Caledonia Elementary School, Caledonia High School, Duncan Lake Middle School, and others. The bidder is required to provide a complete turnkey system that meets or exceeds all specifications. The project requires a pre-bid conference, and the bidder must submit an "Intent to Bid Form" to be considered. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to accept a bid or portion thereof by issuance of a valid purchase order within 90 calendar days following the bid opening.
