The Air Force Metrology and Calibration Program is considering a purchase of a Coriolis Flowmeter Calibrator. The calibrator should be able to generate flows from 50 to 110,000 kg/hour, and have a flow uncertainty of ±0.08% of reading or less for mass flow and an uncertainty of ±0.15% of reading for volumetric flow. The calibrator should also have a warm-up time of 30 minutes or less, and be able to operate over an operating temperature range of at least 50 to 100 °F and an operating humidity range of at least 10 to 85% RH.
Key features of the calibrator include:
• Ability to measure and display flow rates in various units, including U.S. gallons, cubic centimeters, liters, cubic meters, and cubic feet
• Ability to provide corrections for live density readings based on measured calibration fluid temperature, pressure, and water solids
• Automated air bleed function to remove entrained air bubbles from the calibration fluid
• Redundant master meters to enable continuous operation if one set is out of calibration
• Shipping/carrying cases that are rugged, rigid, waterproof, and capable of withstanding shock and vibration
• Controller that can efficiently operate under Microsoft Windows 11 64 bit operating system
The offeror should provide documentation that supports their company's capability in meeting these requirements, including company information, relevant experience, and rough order of magnitude pricing.
