The Town of Nantucket is seeking sealed bids for comprehensive repairs and upgrades to its municipal pier located at 34 Washington St., Nantucket, MA. The work includes selective demolition, replacement of timber breakwater elements, installation of two owner‑supplied concrete floating docks, refurbishment of lighting and conduit, and associated structural steel, erosion‑control, and temporary utilities.
