Maintaining Multi-Use Path and Rights of Way

The Walton County Board of County Commissioners is seeking a qualified contractor to provide routine maintenance of County-owned multi-use paths and associated rights-of-way. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the paths and rights-of-way to ensure they are safe, attractive, and ADA-accessible. The maintenance activities will include mowing, litter and debris removal, tree and limb clearance, edging, and improved surface vegetation removal. The contractor will also be required to report any pavement failures, sinkholes, damaged signs, hazardous trees, and drainage problems. The contract term will be for one year, with the option to renew for up to four additional one-year periods.
