Description
The Marine Forces Reserve/ Regional Contracting Office intends to award a sole source contract to Vectrona LLC for the acquisition and implementation of a one-year license and associated hardware/software for the AI/ML-driven Vectrona VOX C2 training system. This system will deliver continuous, high-fidelity air control training directly at the unit, replacing logistically complex and costly field exercises. The period of performance for this requirement is 1 September 2026 through 31 August 2027.
