Description
The State of Colorado is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive, statewide geospatial zoning data subscription. The subscription should include detailed geospatial "slices" for every mapped zoning jurisdiction, with Tier 1 and Tier 2 variables such as residential density, use types, and specific "Affordable Housing Districts". The data should be delivered in the preferred .gdb format and should include semiannual updates to ensure regulatory information remains current. The vendor should also provide technical support and ensure that the data is accessible and compliant with WCAG Level AA standards.
• The initial term of the contract is one year, with a potential renewal for an additional year.
