The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Sacramento District (SPK) anticipates a design-bid-build (DBB) construction services requirement to conduct erosion control and levee strengthening protections along the North and South banks of the Lower American River (LAR) in Sacramento, California (CA). The solicitation is for work at two separate sites (North and South) with the expectation of two (2) awards.
