Description
The U.S. Consulate General located in Hyderabad, India requires Building Automation System (BAS) Preventative Maintenance (PM) services. The contractor will perform BAS PM services as described in the statement of work. The contractor will also provide an evaluation of the overall functionality of the BAS based on concerns and input provided by the Facility Manager and Facility Maintenance Staff. The contract will be for a period of one year, with a maximum of four one-year optional periods of performance, and is expected to commence no later than July 1, 2026.
Key aspects of the job include:
* Performing preventative maintenance services for the Building Automation System
* Providing evaluation of the overall functionality of the BAS
* Maintaining work schedules that take into consideration the hours that staff can effectively perform services
* Delivering standard services between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
* Not performing work on US Government and local holidays
* Providing a certificate of insurance, preventative maintenance service reports, and invoices as required.
