ITB 4622 - Emerson Pump Station Flood Mitigation

The City of Midland is seeking bids for the Emerson Pump Station Flood Mitigation project. The project involves providing pricing for the flood mitigation work at the Emerson Pump Station, per the attached specifications and standard instructions. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on February 19, 2026, at 10:00 AM, followed by a site tour. Bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked as “ITB 4622 – EMERSON PUMP STATION FLOOD MITIGATION”. • The project is a Federally Funded project, and the Contractor and Subcontractors must comply with HUD contract provisions 24CFR part 85.36(i), the Davis-Bacon Act, Nondiscrimination, Equal Employment Opportunity, Affirmative Action, Section 3 requirements, Anti-Kickback Act, Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act, and Department of Labor Standards and Regulations as set forth in the Contract Bid Documents. • A certified check or bid bond for a sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Proposal will be required with each bid. • Bid documents are available for download at Bidnet Direct by SOVRA/MITN Purchasing Group.
