Phillipsburg Board of Education is seeking a qualified contractor to provide full‑service student‑transportation (school‑bus) operations for special‑education Route 103 during the 2025‑26 school year. The contractor must supply drivers, aides, appropriately equipped buses, insurance, background‑check compliance, training, and all related administrative reporting. Payments are made monthly on a per‑diem basis, and the contract runs from September 1 2025 through June 30 2026.
• Provide buses that meet NJ school‑bus specifications, are inspected twice yearly, and include two‑way radio/cell‑phone communication.
• Staff each bus with a qualified driver and a required aide; both must pass background checks, TB testing, and drug/alcohol testing, and complete twice‑annual training.
