Description
The Red Rocks Community College (RRCC) is seeking a strategic web development partner to redesign, develop, and migrate its website. The project aims to improve the user interface, maintainability, and accessibility of the site. The selected vendor will assess the current site, recommend the most effective path forward, and execute the chosen approach. The scope of work includes discovery, design, website transfer and rebuild, improved functionality, and ongoing maintenance and support. The vendor will provide a detailed project plan, wireframes, design mockups, and other deliverables. The project is expected to be completed within six to twelve months of contract award.

• Assessment of the current site and recommendation of the most effective path forward
• Design and development of a new website with improved user interface and accessibility
• Migration of the site to a new content management system (CMS) if recommended
• Implementation of new functionality and features
• Ongoing maintenance and support to ensure the site remains secure, reliable, and accessible
• Compliance with accessibility standards and regulations, including WCAG 2.2 Level AA and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act
