RFP-DPW-2026-0001 Polymer for Bio-Solids at WWTP

The City of Brooksville is seeking bids for a product used at the wastewater treatment plant for the process of bio-solids daily. The wastewater treatment plant uses cationic polymers, which are positively charged, and interact with negatively charged particles in the sludge to form flocs during treatment. A typical shipment for the City is 250 gallons per container, with orders dependent on operational needs. These are shipped directly to the treatment plant. Depending on delivered amount, each shipment lasts approximately two (2) months. • The City of Brooksville does not discriminate upon the basis of any individual’s disability status. • The City of Brooksville reserves the right to reject any or all responses and to waive any irregularities or informalities. • The City of Brooksville reserves the right to award by item, group of items, lowest total, or whatever manner is deemed to be in the City’s best interest. • The Proposer/Contractor agrees that submission of a signed bid form is certification that the Proposer/Contractor will accept an award made to it as a result of the submission. • The Proposer/Contractor shall acknowledge receipt of any addendum to the solicitation by identifying the addendum number in the space provided for this purpose on Attachment D, by letter, or by returning a copy of the issued amendment with the submitted bid.
