The University of Florida is seeking a landlord to develop and lease a build‑to‑suit medical office building for its UF Health Primary Care practice in Newberry, FL. The space must be 10,000‑15,000 sf of contiguous usable area, preferably a standalone building with high street visibility, parking, and the ability to accommodate clinical, laboratory, and administrative functions. The lease term is expected to be an initial ten‑year period with two five‑year renewal options, and occupancy is targeted for Q3 2027. Vendors must submit detailed proposals covering site address, lease terms, rent schedule, operating expenses, improvement costs, parking, signage, and other lease‑related provisions. Evaluation will focus on financial strength, experience, lease flexibility, and alignment with UF’s requirements.
