Description
The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is requesting a quote for a standard hardware maintenance plan on Canon printers. The plan will cover two Canon VP6000+ Ultra printers, one Canon C10010VP printer, and one Canon VPDP 140 printer. The contract will be a firm-fixed price contract with a base year and a possible one-year option. The IRS will use Lowest-Price Technical Acceptable (LPTA) procedures to evaluate the quotes.
• The contract will be awarded to a GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract holder under SIN 333316F - Office Management.
• The acquisition will be posted in the General Services Administration (GSA) eBuy portal.
• The quote should be submitted as instructed in the RFQ.
