Description
The State of Hawaii Department of Health is requesting bids for miscellaneous plumbing repairs at the State Laboratories Facility. The scope of work includes repairs to various restrooms, sinks, and faucets. The contractor must possess a valid Hawaii State plumbing contractor's license and follow all federal, state, and local laws and requirements. The work must be completed within 3 weeks of the issuance of the purchase order.
• The contractor shall provide labor and materials to address the plumbing issues.
• The contractor must minimize the size of any holes cut to provide access when required.
• The contractor shall leave the work area clean and is responsible for removing dust and other debris generated because of the work.
• The contractor must be properly insured and provide a Certificate of Insurance that covers the period the contractor will be onsite.
