Description
The University of Maine System is seeking responses to provide On-Call/As Needed Interior Facility Services. The services include carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, carpet and vinyl composition tile installation, interior and exterior door installation and repair, window treatments fabrication and installation, and fire alarm installation, programming, and repair. The University is looking for contractors who can provide these services on an as-needed basis. The contract will be for a period of five years with an option for an additional five years.
• The contractor must have experience in the relevant trade and must be capable of providing the necessary technical personnel to respond to service requests.
• The contractor must be able to provide all necessary tools, equipment, and materials.
• The contractor must be able to work on a variety of systems, including but not limited to, Edwards, Gamewell-FCI, E3, Notifier, and Digitize.
• The contractor must be able to provide fire watch as necessary.
• The contractor must be able to provide references and must be willing to sign a contract with the University.
