Description
The Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (HACLA) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide UPS preventive maintenance services at 2600 Wilshire Blvd. The contract will involve performing quarterly and annual services, including visual inspections, environmental inspections, mechanical/electrical inspections, and preventative battery maintenance. The contractor will also be required to provide emergency as-needed on-site services and replace all 80 batteries during the first quarter of the contract.
• The contract is for a period of 1 year, with the option to renew for up to 4 additional years.
• The contractor must have experience in providing UPS preventive maintenance services and must be licensed and registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR).
• The contractor must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including prevailing wage rates and labor standards.
• The contract will be awarded to the responsible contractor with the lowest price acceptable offer.
